The MultiTasking SUP is the result of an important R&D activity developed by FLO’SAIL and represents a considerable evolution compared to what the market currently has to offer.
Its water lines are the most innovative on the market today with all volumes appropriately sized and designed for optimum buoyancy and good transverse stability; the hull has displacement characteristics.
The MultiTasking SUP system has a wealth of advantages: on a single board you can do many sporting activities.
The board is simple and sturdy in design, made of high quality materials. It’s great as a working tool too – the perfect addition to beach and resort equipment.

The Multitasking SUP is a real system with many advantages: on a single board you can do many sporting activities.
The board is simple and robust in design, made of high quality materials that make it suitable as a working tool, and it is a perfect addition to beach and resort equipment.
The MultiTasking system meets the needs of family groups spending their holidays in boats, camper vans and holiday homes by the sea or lake.
The MultiTasking SUP is inflatable and folds up into its own practical rucksack, the board is designed for easy transport; the rucksack takes up little space and can be stored in the boot of the car or in the chest of the boat or motor home.
The MULTITASKING SUP is equipped with two hydrodynamic appendages (loops), a highly original innovation which increases the performance of the board.
To put it simply, the SUP Multitasking is a displacement hull whose theoretical forward speed is directly related to its length.
As you know any hull has a critical speed given by the formula Vm = 1.35 √(L) where L is the length of the hull expressed in feet and Vm the speed expressed in knots.
SUP Multitasking has a shape optimised to exploit the parameters of speed and length, the hull has been designed with a recess called a lunate bight that allows the waterline to be increased (compared to an equivalent board with the same “outline”) with an obvious advantage in terms of performance even when passing over waves.
The hydrodynamic appendage of the SUP Multitasking also triggers the well-known Bernoulli principle: the fluid thread (A) flows along the waterline in laminar direction, when it finds the lunate bight its path is longer, it must therefore accelerate to rejoin the fluid thread (B) which has a shorter path. The acceleration of the fluid thread (A) creates a depression, therefore less resistance to the advancement of the table.
BACKREST AND SUPINE CONDUCTION
The MultiTasking SUP is the result of extensive R&D by FLO’SAIL, and represents a significant evolution of what is already on the market. The SUP is also equipped with a backrest (chaise longue), a never-seen-before innovation that allows lying down and allows new technical and sporting gestures.
FLO’SAIL has invented the lying down handling of the tethered sail, this type of rig (OPTIMIST SAIL) has never been seen on a board before. The captive mast is permanently inserted in a special foot and is free to turn on itself. Basically we can talk about a new sport, the “Flosailing” precisely, the search for the wind will be done with simple and instinctive strategies.
The backrest offers the right support for relaxing and snorkelling activities.
The SUP with backrest is a real innovation, which promotes a new way of conceiving the outdoors and the relationship between man – sea – beach.
BUILDING MATERIALS AND CHARACTERISTICS
The MultiTasking SUP has an advanced construction technology, the plastic laminates are first glued and then welded with ultrasonic heat, an incredibly durable joint; very solid construction material 1,100 g/m2 resistant to UV rays and impacts against rocks.
The SUP is tested for professional use, from the first glance you can see that the MultiTasking SUP is different from all the others, its lines are elegant and harmonious, the moonfaced loops are exclusive.
There are 6 side handles, plus a central and a bow handle.
Several stainless steel rings are installed on deck: 1 for towing, 2 for mounting the kayak seat, 2 aft for the bathyscope.
There are 2 mother screws firmly anchored in the deck, which are used to fix: the mast foot, the handrail for the disabled and the GO-PRO holder at the bow.
Two slots are welded onto the hull for the quick assembly of the fin and the centreboard, which are deliberately the same shape in order to facilitate replacement.
